I was stationed in My Tho in 1967+68. Our home was The Seminary just outside My Tho on a small canal. Does the building still exist? If so, are there any pictures available?

Thank You-Mike

Hello Mike,

Thank you for inputting your question to me.

I think it will be quite hard to locate the place you have mentioned as what I have seen that places changing so much in Vietnam in last 10 years.

I suggest that you try to remember some other names such as Village Name in Vietnamese or Canal Name which surely helpful for me and my local friends find the right place for you.

Thinking to pay a visit is also recommended, Mike.

I will be in Ho Chi Minh City with my husband on 25 Apr – 29 Apr 12. Are there any recommended tailors near Hotel Nikko Saigon where we can have our suits and shirts tailored in 3-4 days?

Which company offers a full day tour to Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong Delta?

Any other tours we should explore in Saigon?

The Seminary was located just north of My Tho on what used to be called highway 4 which went to Saigon.klh7
