Recently, more and more travel agencies use free and public email providers like Yahoo, Gmail with name of Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd to do their business, those scam actions made confusing to customers and affected to our name of Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd. 

Please be advised that Viet Value Travel Co., Ltd never used public email to our clients, all our trustful and only emails are easily recognized by our extension of our official website domain (ex:name@vietvaluetravel.com). Apart from those email addresses, we will not responsible for any other emails which are not belong to us. 

Also, please do let us know if you have experience with such scam, we will invite local authority get involved to sort out those scams.
