1. Are Viet Value Travel's tours suitable for me ?
Viet Value Travel's tours designed for all aged travelers, we also offer the funtion of tailor made holiday to suits you better. Please contact us for your personal requests, we will be back with the tours which are just for you.

2. What is Viet Value Travel's tours focusing on?
We are focusing on culture tours, most of our tours drive customers to local activities or closer to local comunity that we think people mostly interested in. We also good at offering tours with small group, mostly for family and couple with high quality of accommodation, great meals & fablous travel leaders. We are not expected to show you everything but surely provide you what Vietnam has to offer.

3. What are your tours different from others?
From beginning & on, we have been intended to make a long term of business, the biggest difference between us and others is : service!. We live to serve and believe that provide a good service will bring success to us in the future. With that thinking in mind, we have not had any single complaint untill now. 4. Do you offer group tours?
No, we don't arrange join-in group tours. We just operate private group at the moment.

5. I am traveling alone, what can you arrange for me?
We have some solutions for you, please contact our travel advisor for your requests

6. Any hidden fees on your tours?
Absolutely NO. All inclusion & exclusion are stated clearly at the time of booking.

8. There are 5 people in my group, how will you arrange hotels for us?
There is always choice of  single supplement offer at extra charge for anyone who want to get single room. If no requests given, we will arrange 3 room for 5 people. Please see details on our proposal program at the time of booking.

9. Does my tour include visa & international airfare?
No, otherwise stated. Visa normally not included on tour price, however, we can arrange visa for you at your own expense.

10. How do I booking your tours?
Please click on 'book this tour' button on your chosen tour page. We will be back to you within 24 hours with confirmation of availability or payment mode. Please see booking guide for more details.

11. How do I pay for my tours?
You can use your credit cards in both ways of online or offline option, Paypal is also available, bank transfer...Please note that bank fees will be on customer's side. See more details at our  booking guide.

12. Can I change or modify my tours in last munite?
Yes, you can, we are fully flexible for your changes on last minute, please contact our sales as soon as you can for further assistance.

13. How do I contact and report during my tours are running?
We are reachable in 24/7, once your tour booked, we will always provide list of contacts and office's addresses as well as person will be in charge on your tours. Please contact us anytime you wish to. Besides, our customer service will contact you sometimes during the tours to ensure you are having a good time and everthing is on the track.

14. How do I cancel my tours & is there any cancellation fees?
Tours cancellation must be informed to our offices by fax or email. Please see our terms and conditions for cancellation fees involved.
