Day 1: Saigon Arrival
Pick
up from the airport & transfer to the hotel. Free until dinner in
one of the finest restaurants in town. Dinner and overnight in Saigon
Day 2: Saigon – Mekong delta – Homestay 
The
Mekong Delta is the southernmost region of Vietnam. It is often
referred to as the rice bowl of Vietnam as it produces three harvests
per year. The fertile Mekong Delta is also famous for its tropical
fruits and flowers. The Delta area marks the end of a 4,500km journey
made by the Mekong River after having traveled through six countries.
Drive to Cai Be where we will board our boat to see a floating market
and a handicraft village. Have a local food lunch in Sau Giao Garden
before taking your rowing boat to the homestay of Vinh Long. Dinner and
overnight with local family.
Day 3: Vinh Long - Saigon – City Tours
A
short visit to other villages after farewelling our local family. We
dock at Vinh Long quay to return to Saigon. Lunch in Trung Luong. On
arrival in Saigon, we tour around the city with our guide to visit the
following interesting sites: Reunification Palace, Remnant War Museum
and Ben Thanh Market. The tour concludes with Chinatown where you can
visit the Chinese community in Vietnam via their famous pagoda of Thien
Hau. Back to your hotel for relaxation. Evening is free. Overnight in
Saigon
Day 4: Departure
Free time until transfer to your flight home.
