Day 1: Hanoi arrival
Once you arrive in Noi Bai airport, you will be collected and transferred to your central city hotel. You then have free time until the water puppet show tonight and a top-class welcome dinner. Overnight in Hanoi. ( Dinner included ) 

Day 2: Hanoi - Halong bay
After breakfast we take a coach to the fabulous Halong Bay, created in Vietnamese folklore by a descending dragon. We will have our own boat, built in the style of a Chinese junk, opulently decorated. After we set off we have a terrific silver service lunch on board as we head for the Sung Sot cave and its limestone structures. In the soft Vietnamese night you can try your hand at fishing. You sleep anchored in the bay, rocked by the gentle ocean waves. ( B,LD )

Day 3 : Halong - Hanoi
We continue cruising on the bay until just after lunch when we dock again at Halong City. Our coach will meet us and return us to our Hanoi hotel for some free time. Tonight is our last in this city as in the morning we will set off on one of the most interesting trips of the tour. ( B,L,D )

Day 4 : Hanoi - Maichau
Today we travel by coach close to the hill village of Mai Chau so that a 2 hour trek through agricultural Vietnam brings us to a traditional White Tai village. We will be met by our host with a traditional tea ceremony. We can walk around the village, meeting the people and looking at the handicrafts for sale. That night we will sleep in the thatched home after an optional ceremony of dance. ( B,L,D )

Day 5 : Maichau - Hanoi - Overnight train to Hue
After breakfast with the family, we return by coach to Hanoi. Now it is time to leave Hanoi and move on to Hue. To save time and as a change from the coach we will travel by overnight sleeper train. Since we are not checked into a hotel, we have arranged some Day Rooms at the hotel to store our luggage and a place to freshen up. There will be time for shopping before we go to the station to catch our train. ( B,L )

Day 6 : Hue - City tour
After the morning arrival in Hue we check into our hotel. We go to a restaurant for lunch before boarding our private Dragon Boat on the Perfume River, so named because of the Emperor’s incense burner while establishing the site of the Forbidden City. We make two stops to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and Tu Duc’s Tomb. That night we sleep in the hotel in Hue.( L,D )

Day 7 : Hue - Hoian
Our coach takes us to Hoi An today. Hoi An is one of the prettiest towns in Vietnam and a multi - cultural trading centre from ancient times. We lunch in a restaurant beside the river before undertaking a heritage walking tour, visiting historic sites of the old quarter and the sprawling marketplace. Hoi An is famous for its tailoring shops and men and women on the tour will be able to have clothes made for them overnight which can be delivered to our hotel before we leave in the morning. Day 8 : Hoian - Danang - Whale Island
Morning departure for Da Nang city for a short flight to Nha Trang. Upon arrival, transfer directly to Whale island where you are going to make your first night dive. After dinner, take your motor boat to the Whale island dive site area called Van Phong Bay, an absolutely untouched place where we are sure you will have a good Vietnam dive experience. ( B, D )

Day 9: Whale island Relaxation
Your free day in Whale island for relaxing. You can also optionally enjoy some resort facilities such as wind surfing, kayaking, fishing or just relax on the white sandy beach in front of your bungalow. Dinner and overnight in Whale island ( B, L, D )

Day 10: Nha Trang
Get your speed boat to return to the mainland for departure to Nha Trang - beach city. Check into hotel. Afternoon accompanied by our guide do a short city tour. Visit Long Son pagoda, Dam market before we experience a mudbath in the afternoon at Suoi Ba mudbath centre. Overnight in Nha Trang ( B, L )

Day 11: Nha Trang - Full day dive
Depart early to Cau Da pier where you meet your boat and dive instructor. Leave for Mun Island for your first 45 min dive. Lunch on boat and free for swimming. Afternoon, dive in another site before heading back to the dock. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Nha Trang ( B, L )

Day 12: Nha Trang - Saigon
Morning flight to Saigon. Transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a delicious noodle lunch before departing to Cu Chi fighting tunnels. Visit the tunnels with our guide. Back to Saigon in the afternoon. Rest of your day is free for leisure. ( B, L )

Day 13: Saigon - Phu Quoc
A short flight takes you to Phu Quoc Island where you will dive in the afternoon. Transfer to your Saigon Phu Quoc hotel. Meet your instructor and get full information about this paradise island and your dive sites. All afternoon is your dive experience in Phu Quoc. Dinner and overnight in Phu Quoc.( B, D )

Day 14: Phu Quoc relax
Your free day to explore further to surounding villages where you see some local factories of Phu Quoc's famous specialty - Fish Sauce. Overnight in Phu Quoc. ( B )

Day 15: Phu Quoc - Saigon
Flight back to Saigon in the morning. Rest of the day is free for shopping or sightseeing in Saigon. Farewell dinner and overnight in Saigon ( B, D )

Day 16: Saigon departure
At your leisure untill get your free transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your flight home. ( B )
